Pregnancy & Antenatal Care
Confirmation of pregnancy, regular antenatal check-ups through each trimester, and delivery planning - with your delivery conducted by Dr. Rohma Butt herself at Saira Memorial Hospital, Horizon Hospital and Omar Hospital & Cardiac Centre.
What This Covers
Antenatal care at GynaeMed Complex means one doctor from your first positive test to the day you hold your baby. Dr. Rohma Butt confirms the pregnancy, plans your schedule of check-ups, monitors you and your baby through each trimester, and manages any complications that arise along the way.
Every visit includes a proper examination, a review of your reports, and time to ask questions. High-risk pregnancies - previous Caesarean, diabetes, blood pressure, previous pregnancy loss - receive closer monitoring and a clear plan agreed with you, not imposed on you.
Where an ultrasound or laboratory test is needed, Dr. Rohma Butt refers you to a trusted facility nearby and reviews the report with you herself at your follow-up visit.
What's Included
- Pregnancy confirmation and dating
- Scheduled antenatal check-ups through all three trimesters
- Blood pressure, growth and wellbeing monitoring
- Management of nausea, anaemia, diabetes and blood-pressure problems in pregnancy
- High-risk pregnancy care and closer surveillance where needed
- Birth planning - normal delivery or Caesarean section, discussed openly
- Postnatal check-up and breastfeeding guidance
Where you will deliver
Deliveries - normal and Caesarean - are conducted by Dr. Rohma Butt herself at Saira Memorial Hospital, 1-M, Civic Centre, Model Town Extension, Lahore, five minutes from the clinic. It is a 24-hour hospital with dedicated labour rooms, operation theatres, a neonatal ICU, and laboratory and imaging on site.
She also conducts deliveries and Caesarean sections at Horizon Hospital, Block D-II, Johar Town, Lahore and Omar Hospital & Cardiac Centre, Johar Town Branch, Block D-II, Johar Town, Lahore - so your birth can be planned at whichever hospital suits you and your family best.
This is what makes antenatal care here different from a standalone practice: the doctor who has followed your pregnancy from the first visit is the one who delivers you. You are never handed over to a doctor you have not met.
